Pescara, Italy – At the 28th Cartoon on the Bay Festival edition held in Pescara, the short film “Sapiens?” won the Pulcinella Award for Best Short Film. For Italy and Rai, Bruno Bozzetto’s “Sapiens?”, a production by Studio Bozzetto and Rai Kids, took home the award for Best Short Film.

The awards were decided by an international jury consisting of Silvia Ziche (cartoonist), John Musker (director, screenwriter, and producer), Nathalie Martinez (President of Diboos), Emanuele Vietina (director of Lucca Crea), and Amy Ash (head of the Character and Groom department at Axis Studios).
