Milan, Italy – April 18 marks the launch of a fresh phase in the Maestro Lorenzo project: the release of the new original song “Sta arrivando l’autobus”—now available on all streaming platforms and with a brand-new music video on YouTube.

This release is the first of a series of original tracks designed to engage children and families through music, movement, and storytelling. The project, conceived to introduce younger audiences to the joy of musical theatre, is evolving with new settings, dynamic choreography, and fresh characters—all under the artistic direction of Pietro Pinetti. Backed by distribution from Sony Music, the project is set to reach a wide audience and expand on a national and international scale.

Among the most exciting additions are two new characters: Maki and Lulù, brother-and-sister bear cubs who bring heart, rhythm, and plenty of personality to the stage.

Maki is sporty, playful and always in motion. Dressed in his denim overalls and topped with a scruffy tuft of hair, he’s a fan of video games, sweets, and above all sushi.
Lulù, his sister, is gentle and stylish, always wearing her signature bow. A lover of skincare and nature, she enjoys long walks and has a natural connection with children.

Though different in character, the two are united by a shared passion for musicals. As the story goes, Maki and Lulù awoke from a mysterious, long slumber in a remote mountain cave. During a stroll through the forest, they were drawn by the sound of music and laughter. Peering into a lively valley, they discovered Maestro Lorenzo performing solo for a crowd of children.

Captivated by his energy and charm, the two joined in, tapping out a joyful Tip Tap routine. The Maestro quickly took notice, and, impressed by their talent, invited them to become his official assistants.

Now inseparable, Maki and Lulù help Lorenzo choreograph musical numbers and bring his performances to life.

With a refreshed visual identity, new musical content, and an ever-growing world of characters, Maestro Lorenzo is ready to enchant a new generation of young audiences.
