Pescara, Italy – We’re excited to announce that Studio Bozzetto will attend this year’s edition of Cartoons on the Bay in Pescara, taking place from May 29 to June 1, 2025. Pietro Pinetti and Andrea Bozzetto will be present to connect with the international animation community and celebrate a very special milestone for the studio.

Our short film Rossi Boomer, directed by the legendary Bruno Bozzetto, has been selected as a finalist in the Short Film section and will be presented in its world premiere during the festival.

Rossi Boomer marks the return of the iconic Mr. Rossi, who embarks on a surreal and comedic journey into the future, driven by the hope of finally finding happiness. We’re truly honored by this selection and can’t wait to share the film with the festival audience.
